PAUL W. LERMITTE, B.A., CFP, R.F.P., Partner Paul’s interest in financial planning began when he bought his first Canada Savings Bond as an eight year old paper carrier. He continued to follow his passions by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business in 1982. Since 1984, Paul has been advising individuals, business owners and family businesses in the creation and protection of wealth. Paul is a partner of Integrated Planning Group. He is also a Senior Financial Planner with Assante Financial Management Ltd. and holds the Certified Financial Planner designation. Paul provides mutual funds, sales and advice through Assante Financial Management Ltd. and Life and Disability Insurance products through Integrated Planning Group Inc. Paul is also a practitioner member of the Canadian Association of Financial Planners and a member of the International Association of Financial Planners. Paul has been a participant in the Strategic Coach™ program for ten years and actively assists others with their growth at workshops. Paul has a passion for coaching on many levels: in financial matters, in business, in community sports and in church. Paul was a speaker at the IAFP "Success Forum" in 1997, on the topic, "Building Your Winning Team". He has also been a soccer coach for nine years and holds a Level Three Coaching Certification. He is Treasurer and past president for the South Arm Soccer Association and acts as coordinator for his church youth group. He also enjoys helping with the school track team.
